Western Association of Schools and Colleges

CETYS became the first university outside of the US to be accredited by WASC, one of the six accrediting by WASC, one of the six accrediting organizations for higher education in North America.

Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs

The School of Business Administration at CETYS University is the first institution of higher education in Northwestern Mexico to receive international accreditation from the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs.

Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology

The Industrial Engineering Mechatronics Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering programs at the Mexicali Campus are accredited by the ABET Engineering Accreditation Commission (EAC)
